MY FAVORITE BEAN BURGERS
The BEST & simplest Kidney Bean Burgers! Made with only 6 simple, wholesome ingredients. Vegan, gluten-free, oil-free, and low-fat!
I originally created this recipe back in July 2014, but I even have given
it a touch makeover! Purely cosmetic.This is one among my
favorite recipes of all time, so i assumed it’s original photos need
some revamping.
MY GO-TO BEAN BURGERS FROM DAY 1…
Not only is that this Kidney Bean Burger one among MY
favorite recipes, it's actually the primary recipe I give
to anyone who approaches me eager to transition to a plant-based diet
(or just incorporate more plant-based foods).
THERE ARE 1,000,000 REASONS WHY THIS KIDNEY BEAN BURGERS RECIPE IS MY
GO-TO SUCH AS:
1. It is ridiculously easy to form (only 6 ingredients!), and isn't one
among those recipes where you’re getting to be slaving
away within the kitchen and be so annoyed that you simply deem
veganism way an excessive amount of work to ever adopt into your
lifestyle.
2. They are super healthy, but don’t taste healthy.
3. Along those lines, they're vegan, gluten-free, oil-free, and
fat-free, making them perfect for just about any dietary restriction!
4. They are perfectly spiced and filled with flavor!
5. They don’t disintegrate .
6. They will definitely fill you up! Another common issue with people transitioning
to a more plant-based lifestyle is that they complain they never feel
full. You’ll feel full with these – promise!
Anyway, although I revamped the photos, this recipe stayed 100% an
equivalent as when it had been originally created because it's literally
PERFECT! you'll love them.
WHAT YOU’LL got to MAKE THESE AMAZING KIDNEY BEAN BURGERS:
- Kidney beans
- Gluten-free quick oats
- Ketchup
- Mustard
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
HOW TO MAKE THE KIDNEY BEAN BURGERS:
- Mash beans.
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Bake!

Equipment you’ll need: large bowl , baking sheet
Ingredients: makes 4 burgers
1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, drained and rinsed
2 Tbsp ketchup
1 Tbsp yellow mustard
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/3 cup
Method:
1. Preheat oven to 400F, spray baking sheet with cooking spray or line with parchment paper, and put aside .
2. Mash beans in bowl until there are not any whole beans left.
3. Add within the remainder of the ingredients and stir until well-combined.
4. Divide mixture into 4 equal portions, and roll into balls with clean hands.
5. Place on prepared baking sheet, and flatten with the palm of your hand.
6. Bake for 10 minutes, flip (carefully!), and bake for an
additional 10 minutes on the opposite side.
