Lavender oil is my favorite a part of my self care kit. it's literally changed the way I sleep forever!! I find it helps put me during a calm and relaxed psychological state before I start my nightly snooze.
I know it always says on the bottle to not use it on your skin without a carrier oil (coconut oil etc) but YOLO! I usually keep the tiny dropper bottle next to my bed and put a couple of drops on my fingers. I rub it into the edges of my neck and my wrists.
I like have a dropper bottle so I can use the lavender oil for various things like foot baths or aromatherapy diffusers. But if you don’t want to use the lavender oil for love or money else, you'll buy a lavender roll on instead. they are available during a little roller mixed with oil to stay by your bed side or in your bag!
My favorite place to seek out my volatile oil self care tools is Piping Rock. They’re good quality and they’re not expensive in the least .

What is “vibrational frequency”?
Your ‘vibration’ may be a fancy way of describing your overall state of being. Everything within the universe is formed from energy vibrating at different frequencies. Even things that look solid are made from vibrational energy fields at the quantum level. This includes you.
When it involves vibrations, there are higher frequencies and lower frequencies. this is often true for vibrations of being too. Lower vibrations of being are related to disempowering thoughts, negative emotions, poor health and tiny or no spiritual awareness. a person's being of a particularly low vibration would be someone like Hitler. Higher vibrations of being, on the opposite hand, are related to empowering thoughts, positive emotions, healthiness and powerful spiritual awareness. a person's being of a particularly high vibration would be someone just like the Dalai Lama .
This is what it means when someone has “good vibes” or “bad vibes”.
I was having a mentally tough time recently and decided to undertake this as a part of my self care kit ideas.
Like any mental rut, trying to urge myself out of the negative thought space was becoming really hard. It’s fair to mention i used to be really giving off bad vibes. So i attempted taking note of high vibrational music I found on YouTube. I even have been feeling better the past few days. Whether it had been that or something else I can never say needless to say but either way this ones a keeper for my mental self care kit.

Books always give me the answers to any trouble I’m having in life. Sometimes it'd take me a short time to seek out the proper book, but I always do. It’s definitely an important for any psychological state care kit.

Don’t get me wrong, i really like me an honest book. But sometimes, after an extended day of working, the simplest thing you'll grab from your psychological state care kit may be a good, inspirational documentary.
This another new step on behalf of me . When I’ve been having a rough time, feeling unmotivated or overwhelmed by doubt, the way i'm going about changing my mindset is watching something inspirational. Something which will give me an “aha” moment.
I’ve found two great streaming websites (the holistic versions of Netflix) for this.
FMTV – FMTV features a huge bank of documentaries, recipes, guided programs & yoga/exercise videos. i might recommend FMTV for anyone who’s watching changing their food habits. While they’re documentaries are good, they appear to possess tons more on food.
Gaia – Gaia is that the ultimate place for spirituality & yoga. It doesn’t have such a lot on food like FMTV. Their categories explain it all – they need Yoga, Transformation, Seeking Truth & Film & Docs. an excellent a part of Gaia though is their topics section. it's numerous topics to seem through and guide you on where to travel .
QUIET TIME – DIY SELF CARE KIT ITEM #5
While this isn’t actually a physical self care tool, it’s a crucial one to note! Everything I’ve read always goes back to an equivalent thing – quieting the mind.
There are numerous benefits to giving yourself quiet time to reflect & just breath.
If you struggle with this, an honest idea is to make a sacred space or meditation space somewhere in your house. This doesn’t need to be an entire room or anything – it can literally be a corner!
